The automotive connector consists of four parts: contact, housing, insulator and accessory. The four main components enable the car connector to act as a bridge for stable operation. Automotive connectors must comply with USCAR-20 standards, which stipulate that the electrical connector interface of the automotive connector is always reliable throughout the life cycle, including the following factors:

1. The material of the connector contacts is stable and reliable;

2. the positive force is stable;

4. the temperature requirements are within the specified range, including the surrounding temperature and its own temperature rise;

5. better robustness;

7. connector insertion force: 20.5kg or less;

8. connector retention: 2.5kg or more;

9. heat resistance: -40 ~ 120 ° C.
